Introduction
Welcome to Splash Bros. By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all customers and users of our website and services. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
Services
Splash Bros provides pool cleaning and maintenance services in the Las Vegas area. Our services are designed to keep your pool clean, safe, and well-maintained. By scheduling services with us, you agree to allow our team to access your property and pool area as necessary to perform the agreed-upon tasks.
Payment Terms, Past-Due Balances, and Collections
Payment for Splash Bros pool service is due according to the billing terms agreed upon at signup, shown on the customer’s invoice, payment link, subscription agreement, or other written communication from Splash Bros.
By signing up for service, approving service by phone, text, email, website form, payment link, or other written or verbal communication, the customer acknowledges that Splash Bros is authorized to provide pool service at the listed service address and that the customer is responsible for payment for services performed.
Splash Bros may send invoices, payment reminders, account notices, service updates, and past-due notices by email, text message, phone call, or other contact methods provided by the customer. Continued receipt of service, continued access to the property, continued communication with Splash Bros, or failure to cancel service in writing may be treated as acknowledgement that service is being provided and that payment is owed for completed service visits.
If payment is not received by the due date, the account may be considered past due. Splash Bros reserves the right to suspend or discontinue service for any account with a past-due balance. Suspension or discontinuation of service does not waive the customer’s responsibility to pay for services already completed.
Past-due balances may be subject to late fees, interest, collection costs, court costs, attorney’s fees, and other costs of collection to the extent permitted by applicable law. Splash Bros reserves the right to pursue all available remedies to collect unpaid balances, including sending the account to a collection agency, filing a claim in court, seeking a judgment, and taking any other lawful action available to recover amounts owed.
If a customer disputes a charge, the customer must notify Splash Bros in writing within 10 days of the invoice date and explain the reason for the dispute. Undisputed portions of the invoice remain due and payable. Failure to timely dispute an invoice may be treated as acceptance of the charges for services performed.
Discount Codes
From time to time, Splash Bros may offer discount codes as part of promotional campaigns. These discount codes are subject to the following conditions:

Discount codes must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be retroactively applied.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.

All discount codes are valid for standard-size pools. Additional charges may apply for larger pools. If your pool is larger, we will apply the same discount amount based on the quoted price when the servicing pool technician assesses the situation. Alternatively, a refund of the original amount paid will be offered. This is the only refund option available.

Splash Bros reserves the right to modify or cancel discount codes at any time without prior notice.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee. Additionally, a 30-day cancellation notice is required to cancel future billing and ongoing months of service.
Scheduling
We strive to schedule services as quickly as possible to meet your needs. However, in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours to confirm and finalize scheduling. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to accommodate your request promptly.
Liability
While Splash Bros strives to provide the highest quality services, we are not liable for any damage to property, equipment, or pool structures that occurs during or after our services, except in cases of proven negligence or willful misconduct by our team. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their pool and surrounding areas are in good condition before services are rendered.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
Amendments
Splash Bros reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
SMS/Text Message Terms
By providing your mobile phone number during signup, checkout, a service request, a phone call, website form, or other communication with Splash Bros, and by opting in where required, you consent to receive service-related SMS/text messages from Splash Bros.
Message frequency varies depending on your service request, account activity, and scheduling needs. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Splash Bros does not sell mobile opt-in information or share text message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Post-Service Pool Use Guidelines
Following our pool service, we recommend that customers wait at least 2 hours before using the pool if basic chlorine add-ins have been applied. This allows the chemicals to properly disperse and ensures a safe swimming environment.
However, if more serious chemical adjustments are made to the pool's chemistry, such as chemical shocking or the application of other strong, unnamed chemicals, we strongly advise waiting at least 24 hours before using the pool. This extended wait time is necessary to ensure that the pool water is safe for use and that the chemicals have fully neutralized any potential hazards.
It is important to note that these are recommendations for your safety. Should you choose not to follow these guidelines, you do so at your own risk. Splash Bros is not liable for any injuries or adverse health effects that may occur if these recommendations are disregarded. Your safety is our priority, and we urge you to follow these guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable swimming experience.
